From the Portal Page, the user can select any of the menu options or links from any of the Portal Webparts. Once an option is selected from the portal page, the new window opens in a pane to the right of the Dashboard. The user can then click the Dashboard bar on the left side of the window to navigate back to the dashboard/Portal Page.
